Sir your article is really very good.......... It shows the the real and actual situation of general coaches in the trains of India............... And it is really very very true when we enter in the general coach......there are two kinds of people we find 1.One which are not ready to give you place to sit even if that is empty......they will stretch their legs more so that ......no one else can sit .....because they want to sit comfortably and they do not care whether there are people standing......or facing problems because of them . 2.Second is the people like Kamal........these people are really very very gentle and appreciating.................They do not think of their comfort and they are always ready to help even we are strangers to them. Only because of the people like Kamal India is known as India.........
