Agriculture Biotechnology

 
Generating thousands of job opportunities every year and reaching the grass-root levels, Agriculture Biotechnology is the most sought after job or career specialization for Bio-technology aspirants. Agricultural biotechnology generally makes use of modern biotech techniques and tools to improve plant health and productivity. Though the name suggests more of Agricuture, the field of study also encompasses animal biotechnology. This would mean developing drugs for animals that assist in agriculture.

The future of Agricultural Biotechnology is very promising as large amount of money is pumped in this area. Also, as the big companies like Reliance, ITC are taking much initiatives to commercialize Bio-tech products, the future for this field of study will have a tremendous scope.
